Este estudio analiza el concepto 'Derechos históricos' de la Disposición Adicional Primera de la Constitución de 1978, y su desarrollo jurídico (doctrinal, jurisprudencial y normativo). También se estudia la compatibilidad de la categoría jurídica 'Derechos históricos' con el constitucionalismo moderno, y su función en el orden político español

This study analyzes the concept 'Historical Laws' of the First Additional Disposition of the Constitution of 1978, and its juridical development (doctrinal, juriprudential and normative). Also there is studied the compatibility of the juridical category 'Historical laws' with the modern constitutionalism, and its function in the Spanish political system
