Procediment abreujat, sentències de conformitat,... transformat en fenomen global. Parlem de dret processal/penal comparat, tant a l’àmbit europeu com sud-americà. Justícia juvenil i fiscalia, així com els límits de la fiscalia. S’aborda també l’anàlisi empírica i estadística d’aquests àmbits de la justícia, pràctica interessant i no estesa a diferents àmbits geogràfics

Juvenile justice and the prosecution, as well as the limits of the prosecution.
