S’analitzen els models del contracte a preu obert en la contractació contemporània i els problemes associats a la determinació del preu. Veurem en quina mesura el preu obert pot permetre visualitzar algun aspecte rellevant de la manera com ha evolucionat el dret contractual avui dia. L’exposició constarà de 3 seccions: validesa del contracte i determinació del preu, contracte a preu obert i preu i trànsit del dret contractual

Open price contract models in contemporary contracting and the problems associated with price determination are analyzed. We will see to what extent the open price can allow us to visualize some relevant aspect of the way contract law has evolved today. The exhibition will consist of 3 sections: validity of the contract and determination of the price, open price contract and price and transit of contractual law
