Abstract

The Chair of Legal Culture of the UdG organizes the II Catalan Interuniversity Seminar on Philosophy of Law. Endalkachew Abera Mekuriya from the UOC and Gonzalo Fernández, from the UdL and the UB, present the concept and justification (or lack thereof) of affirmative action, critically addressing issues of equal treatment, discrimination and distributive justice in light of the theories and principles of justice
