Abstract

Josep Calbó, rector of the University of Girona, Ms. Immaculada Barral, general director of Law, Legal Entities and Appropriate Conflict Management of the Generalitat de Catalunya, Mr. Miquel Norguer, president of the Girona Provincial Council, Dr. M. Jesús Gutiérrez, dean of the Faculty of Law of the UdG, Dr. Jordi Ferrer, director of the Chair of Legal Culture of the UdG and Dr. Daniel Pastor, professor of procedural and criminal procedural law at the University of Buenos Aires, all of them participate in the Ceremony of awarding the 5th International Prize for Legal Culture to the Magistrate Emeritus of the Supreme Court Perfecto Andrés Ibáñez and to the also former magistrate, professor, and philosopher of Italian law Luigi Ferrajoli
