Luigi Ferrajoli: la voluntad de la razón

Abstract

The professor of Philosophy of Law at the Autonomous University of Madrid, Alfonso Ruiz Miguel, explains his thoughts on the expression "the will of reason" which is linked to the magnum opus of the Italian jurist Luigi Ferrajoli entitled Law and Reason: Theory of Criminal Guarantees. This perspective synthesizes his philosophical and legal project, defending that the use of the punitive power of the State must be strictly dominated by rationality, law and the strict protection of the rights of citizens

El catedràtic de Filosofia del Dret de la Universitat Autònoma de Madrid Alfonso Ruiz Miguel, ens exposa el seu pensament sobre l'expressió "la voluntat de la raó" que es vincula a l'obra magna del jurista italià Luigi Ferrajoli titulada Dret i raó: Teoria del garantisme penal.
