S'estudia aquesta qüestió, amb un anàlisi del contingut material del dret vigent a Catalunya al llarg de la seva història i reflexionant sobre el significat de la figura jurídica dels drets històrics dins el marc formal de la vigent Constitució espanyola de 1978
The reform of Statute of Autonomy of Catalonia raises doubts on the notion of historical rights and its application to Catalonia. This question studies, with an analysis of the material content of the effective right in Catalonia throughout its history and reflecting on the meaning of the legal figure of the historical rights within the formal frame of the effective Spanish Constitution of 1978
