S’analitzen els processos abreujats o simplificats a la justícia penal peruana, així com els paràmetres que han portat a consolidar-los, així com el procés immediat. Els processos de reforma realitzats a la justícia iberoamericana han comportat la decisió de implementar mecanismes de simplificació del procés judicial comú. El resultat ha redundat en una imatge d’eficàcia per part de la justícia, i en especial dels procediments penals.
