Abstract

Gemma Ubasart, former Minister of Justice of Catalonia and director of the Master in Restorative Justice, presents the speakers of the forum: Martín Zabalza Arregui, general director of Memòria i Convivència, Irene Urango, journalist and historian, expert in transitional justice and human rights, and Mikel Soto, historian, promoter of the Network of Tortured Persons and victim recognized by the Commission. All of them will talk about the debate between truth and justice and about the victim reconnaissance commissions, an extrajudicial mechanism that allows them to confront impunity and accompany the survivors
